What is this store's return/exchange policy?
    If there is any substantial damage done to the product during shipping, feel absolutely free to contact us through the store's contact process with the damage to we can discuss a refund or exchange. However after a product has arrived and any damage is sustained by buyer after use, we cannot accept a refund or exchange.
    Handmade products will have some minor kinks or flaws as this is the nature of the work, and does not count as substantial damage.
    If your order is over 100$ and you would like to purchase shipping insurance on your order, let us know in the seller's note at checkout and we can discuss!

Do you accept orders placed outside the US?
   We sure do!

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
   We ship out every Saturday following the day you place your order due to school and other obligations during the week. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. However if you need rush shipping, you can contact us either in the sellers note during checkout or at funkyshroomstore@gmail.com and discuss. Though of course it will be more costly.

Anything else I should know?
   We keep our products as clean as possible but we do ship from a home with quite a few animals- including cats and dogs. Please be aware if you happen to have any allergies!
